DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in the preparation, reconciliation and checking of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Monitoring and its issues of all turn-over projects in close coordination with the Project Management Assistant Managers and CMD Heads of Planning & Engineering Department, Property Management (PM), Customer Service (CS) and Buyer’s Turn-over Group (BTG).
2. Consolidate all CRM data and information and generate the CRM Weekly Report for submission to higher management.
3. Monitor and follow-up to CMDs target completion date (TCD) for ticketed units and advise BTG, PM and CS on the status of subject units.

5. Monitor and generate reports of Contractor Payment Monitoring (CPM) for higher management reporting.
6. Participate in the Mancom meeting to provide reports on SAP & CRM performances.
7. Conduct internal audits of the Planning and Engineering Systems & Procedures workflows of SMDC Condominium Development Projects.
8. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Graduate of any bachelor or degree courses or equivalent from a reputable college or university
1. Proficient in the using SAP & CRM and can interpret and analyze data gathered from it
2. Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

Graduate of any bachelor or degree courses or equivalent from a reputable college or university
At least 3 years of solid experience as SAP/CRM Supervisor in a reputable construction firm or contractor
The Process Improvement & Control Supervisor shall be the focal person/function of the various Construction Management Department (CMD) tasked to provide the necessary technical assistance in relation to SAP needs of the CMDs. The function shall also serve as the monitoring link of the CMDs to the Quality Assurance Department (QAD) and Buyers Turn-over Group (BTG) in facilitating and coordinating turn-over issues based on tickets generated to the CMDs.
