1. Review and preparation (if necessary) of Contracts to Sell and Deeds of Absolute Sale which is due for sending out to buyers for signature.
2. Checking and validation of seller's commissions and incentives.
3. Monitoring and follow up of contracts signed by buyers.
4. Review and docketing (if necessary) of signed Deed of Absolute Sale and relative attachments for processing of title transfers.
5. Strict monitoring and follow-up of status on title transfers with third-party service providers.
6. Process Sec-In and Sec-Out requests in TINA (Title Inventory and Accountability) which includes encoding and uploading of title and buyer's details, collating of required attachments relative to the requests and routing of the necessary clearances.
7. Ensures the sending of Notice of Availability (NOA) for registered titles in buyers' name and proper release of titles to buyers.
8. Updating of monthly reports

Graduate of any 4-year course
At least 3-5 years experience in Sales Documentation and Titling
Is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day tasks of the documentation and titling group and ensures that accuracy of the contracts being sent to our buyers as well as ensuring the proper turn-around time for each task is observed at all times.
