Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
At least 4 years of Related work experience
Knowledge in Tax compliance, payroll, financial statement preparation and analysis is preferred but not required.
Experience with handling staff is a plus
1. Shall work closely with the non-CPA staff in the performance of financial functions
2. Performs account analysis and create financial reports.
2. Ensures all companies are properly managed and compliant with the regulations.
3. Checking of disbursements and its supporting documents to ensure its validity and BIR compliance, including but not limited to payment to suppliers, BIR, SSS/PHIC/HDMF/ Payroll
4. Checking of government reports/ BIR returns
5. Preparation of quarterly and annual income tax returns and other reportorial requirements required by BIR and SEC.
6. Ad hoc jobs that may require detailed research, coordination and monitoring with other departments to ensure correct, timely accomplishment of job on hand.
