Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field; CPA is an advantage.
With intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications; SAP exposure is an
advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Treasury Operations (TO)
i. Responsible in updating the parameters in the Funds Management Portal (FMP) prior to qualification of accounts for CTS financing every scheduled availment
ii. Handles the account review, transaction documentation during CTS availment and settlement
iii. Confirms the veracity of computations of principal / interest due, accruals and rebates on prepayment, if any, on settlement of CTS financing accounts
iv. Handles coordination of CTS financing related matters such as CTS financing – ITH Availment calendar, disqualified accounts for revalidation to concerned departments
v. Complies with the requirement of the bank to submit the duly signed Certification of Pre-Payment for settled CTS financing accounts through coordination with BCD
vi. Provides CTS availment and settlement projections to Debt Servicing Management Unit and Cash Flow Projection Team to facilitate preparation of cash flow projection report as well as borrowing plan for the SMDC Group
2. Corporate Finance Management (CFM)
i. Manages the preparation and on-time submission of required documents during application for new CTS financing facility and its renewal through coordination with other departments
3. Financial Risk Management (FRM)
i. Handles the annual submission of required documents in compliance with the developers continuing obligation
4. People Management (PM)
i. Oversees the work of Treasury Assistants on all CTS financing related transactions and reporting and ensures that everything is carried out properly according to set turn – around time and follows established procedures and policies
5. Business Relationship Management (BRM)
i. Maintain regular communication with creditor banks on CTS financing related matters and concerns
6. Others
i. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Loans & Liquidity Management Head and Treasury Department Head
