1. Must be a graduate of any four year course from a reputable college or university
2. Preferably with at least 3 year of work experience in Sales in Real Estate
3. Must be focused, driven, team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
6. With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In Charge of document evaluation, ensure completeness of account prior to Reservation.
2. Monitoring of documents and payments of buyer up to completion period. Follow up from seller completion of said documents.
3. Entertain and accommodate inquiries of client as well as Sellers and Brokers.
4. Attend Weekend tripping at Site. Coordinate with sellers tripping requirement.
5. Prepare weekend activity report to be submitted every Monday to the Immediate Head.
6. Update Maps on weekly basis, prepare list of Inventories and communicate to Seller during weekend activities.
7. Follow up Clients for CTS/SCD signing.
8. Assist Immediate Head during Marketing activities.
9. Coordination with other departments regarding sales concern.
10. Performs other task or special projects relate to his/her roles and position within the department
