Must be a graduate of any business course or its equivalent from a reputable college or university
With at least 5 years of Managerial work experience related to Financial or Billings & Collection
1. Perform critical analysis of account and buyer’s request.
2. Timely disposition and execution of CRM requests within SLA
3. Manage Team Performance evaluation and improvement
4. Manage escalations for Billings related concerns
5. Manage Legal escalations
6. Monitor and ensure handling of target emails per day
7. Handles Staffing, Training & Development of Team
8. Provide assistance to both external and internal customers
9. Inter-department coordination for the client’s request/concern
10. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time
