• Ensure that all QTO buyers will be informed and provided with TCD update.
• Creates CRM Ticket upon receipt of endorsement that the accounts is QTO.
• Sends QTO acknowledgement upon creation of the CRM ticket.
• Monitors and respond to buyer’s email and concerns regarding turnover.
• Sends follow-up emails to Construction Team.
• Provide update to buyer regarding progress of unit until unit will be ready for turnover.

Graduate of any four (4) year course.
Preferably with at least 1 year work experience in Customer Service or any Administrative work.
