1. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect and/or graduate of Engineering or Architecture or its equivalent from a
reputable college or university.
2. Preferably with at least 5 years of work experiences related to vertical and/or horizontal engineering construction
And/or Property Management from a reputable property developer, real estate or contractor.
3. Must be focused, driven, team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
6. With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage, monitor, evaluate and implement the necessary programs of actions in ensuring compliance to the stipulated time bounded articles of the contracts awarded to each contractors.
2. Administer the creation of programs of works, proposals and implementation for estate management
3. Evaluation and approval of contractors’ billings, requests for time extensions, materials specifications and alternatives.
4. Coordination and meeting with contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in our development operations in promoting and establishing healthy working relationship with them including other business partners.
5. Coordination and collaboration with Project Development Group, Technical Support Group, Customer Service Group and External and Survey Group for statuses of project construction developments and accomplishments, evaluation of conceptualized plans for development and constructions requiring technical feedbacks.
6. Coordination and monitoring of units for turn-over to buyer, addressing buyers concerns and complains, including cooperation with third party business partner in giving services to our homeowners.
7. Administration, monitoring and coordination with assigned security personnel / guards including administrating offices for security concerns of each projects.
8. Administration, monitoring and deployment of assigned maintenance crew/utilities and safekeeping of service vehicles, tools and equipment including coordination with administrating offices for janitorial/maintenance concerns of each projects.
9. Administration, monitoring, and supervision of assigned Project Engineers and Estate Engineers including maintenance of field offices in several project locations for office supplies, sanitation and health requirements, and well-being / conveniences in our work places.
10. Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position within the department.
