1. Coordinate exhibit schedules with Marketing Services Head and Sales Group.
2. Scout, assess, and propose locations for exhibit opportunities.
3. Coordinate development and production of exhibit modules.
4. Source out all items required for new exhibits including, but not limited to, furniture, TV set and DVD Player, carpet, etc.
5. Coordinate and supervise ingress and egress of exhibits.
6. Ensure each and every exhibit is displayed properly and in its most presentable state with complete modules, furniture, appliances, project CD, etc.
7. Monitor inventory and movement of exhibit modules, furniture, and appliances.
8. Ensure upkeep and update of exhibit booths, including but not limited to, exhibit modules, furniture, and appliances.
9. Source and coordinate all event requirements with various suppliers, venue, talent sources, etc.
10. Ensure all necessary requirements for the events are prepared including but not limited to, invites, exhibit booth/s, program flow, program script, Audio-Visual Presentation, Speeches, merchandising materials (posters, banners, etc.), etc.
11. Secure all necessary permits.
12. Manage actual event including, but not limited to, Ingress/Egress, registration, program flow, flow of food & drinks, Performers, etc.
13. Ensure each and every event is well-prepared and well-executed.
14. Prepare all documents pertinent to all events and exhibit requirements, i.e., RBA, RCP, permits, etc.
15. Monitor all expenses and ensure account payables are paid within contract period.
16. Ensure all documents are filed in an organized and systematic manner.
17. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Preferably graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years and above experience within Trade Marketing.
Overall coordination, management and supervision of selling and marketing events and exhibits including, but not limited to, project launches, viewing days, open houses, project exhibits, etc.
Ensures that all requirements are smoothly implemented according to the Brands’ or projects’ marketing thrusts and that quality standard and deadlines are met with prudent spending.
