End-to-end Recruitment
• Screens applicants based on the application requirements
• Conducts initial interview to qualified applicants
• Consolidates qualified applicants and Invites for training
• Gathers and reviews applicants’ pre-employment requirements
• Prepares list of newly hired sellers
• Conducts background verification for all approved applicants
• Encodes applicants details on the Manpower Database
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player
• Can adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Displays a positive work attitude
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management
Preferably at least 3 years work experience as a Recruitment Assistant / a year experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
Qualified candidate will be the Point-of-Contact for the sales group of Deputy Sales Head, Ann Francis Tan
