-Responsible for the timely production of periodic (monthly, quarterly and annual) financial, flash management reports for one or more properties while ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
-Prepares the schedule and journal entries for the cost allocations, accruals, prepayment amortization, interest, depreciation, provisions and other adjusting entries.
-Provides brief and comprehensive supporting narrative explanations for key variances of revenue, costs and statistics.
-Prepares costs and variance analyses (actual vs budget) actual vs forecast, actual this year vs last year) on periodic basis to ensure effective expense management.
-Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliation (including bank, clearing accounts, fixed assets, intercompany, deposits, prepayments, and accrued accounts) and resolves all reconciling items on a timely manner.
-Prepares the reconciliation of consolidated packages (statutory vs management reports) on periodic basis.
-Prepares an annual budget schedule for the assigned property of group of properties based on the approved key assumptions for revenue and expenses.
-Initiate opportunities for continuous business process improvement for the efficiencies and effectiveness of the general accounting team.
-Responsible for the statutory filing of taxes in BIR and SEC for the management company (SCSC).
-Responsible for any ad hoc reports and projects of general accounting team as instructed by the immediate superior.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable school
-With relevant experience in General Accounting, Forecasting, Budgeting and Taxation.
-Experience in Management reports is of an advantage.
-Experience in the same or related industry is highly preferred.
-Experience in SAP is advantage.
