I. Secondary Sales Transfers
• Facilitate memorandum of approval for client’s requests for waiver of right of first refusal
• Preparation of letters of approval for sending to clients
• Preparation and routing of signed documents such as but not limited to Deed of Absolute Sale, Amendment to Deed of Absolute Sale, Assignment of Right, etc.
• Coordination with clients via emails and callouts for compliance and submission of documents and requirements to consummate the secondary sale of properties.
II. Title issuance for primary transfers
• Preparation of Deeds of Absolute Sale
• Preparation of requests for payment of taxes and fees to be paid for the title transfer (i.e DST, Transfer Tax and Registration Fee payments, RPT advances)
• Coordination with clients via emails and callouts for compliance of lacking requirements in order to facilitate title transfer.
• Monitoring and follow up of title availability being processed by Belle’s third-party service providers.
• Preparation of Notice of Availability for title release
• Releasing of titles to buyers
III. Preparation of Reports
• Updating of Monitoring Reports / Data base for the status of title transfers a and secondary sales
IV. Other duties and responsibilities
College Graduate
Knowledgeable in SAP, good communication skills (both oral and written)
Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience in Real Estate – Sales Admin/ Documentation and Title transfer is preferred
