Technical Training Supervisor provides support in the formulation of training programs and materials. S/he effectively contributes to execute the mandate of technical training section: Train the staff of Planning and Engineering, specifically the Project Management, ensure that the participants Learn from the best practices and lesson-learned of the project, Build competency by providing training materials and tools in enhancing the technical know-how of the Planning and Engineering staff, promote real-time understanding of project learnings by experiencing actual methodologies and output.
1. Assists in the development of technical training programs and materials.
2. Collaborate with section heads and department heads, within or outside Planning and Engineering, in developing unique and effective training solutions specific to the different group of expertise
3. Facilitates in person and online training sessions.
4. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
PRC licensed professional or its equivalent.
Management, leadership and other certification programs is an advantage.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in class room training, e-learning, workshops, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
Strong writing and record-keeping ability to create reports, meeting minutes, and training manuals as necessary.
Obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or any related field from a reputable college or university.
At least one (1) year experience in construction.
At least three (3) years of experience as a college instructor, review center lecturer, training facilitator, or equivalent.
