1. Shall provide financial reports needed for the setup of a Branch – from feasibility throughout the incorporation and construction.
2. Shall source out, review renewals and engage Consultants/Accounting Firms and Auditors for International Offices, ensuring that all Accounting, Tax, Payroll and Corporate services are covered.
3. Shall monitor and assist in bank account opening and coordination with Treasury Dept. for International Office account.
4. Shall provide financial analysis and recommendation on each business activities comparing options available.
5. Shall ensure adherence to company policies and procedures on all BOS transactions.
6. Shall prepare, monitor, review and manage utilization of budgets.
7. Shall review and submit Variance Analysis monthly, and as needed.
8. Shall ensure setup Petty Cash Fund as scheduled, review and approve all PCF requests.
9. Shall review and ensure timely processing of all Payment Requests.
10. Shall review and monitor timely compliance of Tax and Accounting requirements of International Offices – bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and cashflow management, Accruals, Management Accounts, audit, Tax Returns, Refunds, and other statutory compliance.
11. Shall review contracts ensuring that all financial aspects are within the budget and in the best position for the company.
12. Shall review and manage timely compliance of the Dubai Deployment Program operations and finance concerns.
13. Shall manage HR-related functions for International Offices such as but not limited to:
• Reviewing and monitoring of employee attendance;
• Reviewing of the monthly payroll computation;
• Reviewing and monitoring of payroll contributions withholding, remittance and compliance.
14. Shall manage Admin-related functions such as but not limited to:
• Review and approval of Quarterly inventory of Supplies Request;
• Ensuring that supplies consumption is within justified activity of all units handled;
• Monitoring of business travel transactions of all units handled.
15. Shall ensure timely uploading, backup and archiving of BOS documents.
16. Shall ensure dissemination to concerned persons and implementation of a new or updated policies, procedures or regulations related to Branch Operations functions.
17. Shall perform and ensure timely provision of setting of goals and performance evaluation for all the BOS subordinates, and to other BDOD section concerning finance functions.
18. Shall handle concerns and coordination with the relevant Departments and external parties addressing operational issues.
19. Shall manage a team which shall include training of new-hires, coaching and perform good leadership to the BOS subordinates.
20. Shall assess process gaps or room for improvement, and recommend strategies for the Branches’ operations.
21. Shall perform other functions as may, from time to time, be assigned by the company.

Must have a CPA, CMA, CIA or other accounting-related certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related degree
With at least 6yrs. related work experience, with at least 3yrs of supervisory or managerial experience
In-charge of the financial management, control, and compliance of International Offices, Local Branches, Showrooms, Technical Offices, the department and other units under BDOD Head.
