1. Review acquisition agreements and related documents related to raw land properties preparatory to the transfer of titles under the name of Belle Corporation, and recommend
solutions/remedies on pending issues.
2. Conduct due diligence activities on properties subject of acquisition.
3. Provide legal assistance in connection with the securing from different government agencies the various permits and licenses for subdivision/condominium/leisure projects, including
consolidation and issuance of projects’ individual titles.
4. Facilitate rectification / annotation/ cancellation of liens and encumbrances.
5. Draft, review and finalize contracts and agreements with buyers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
6. Handle preventive litigation functions and crisis management:
• Provide legal advisories
• Conduct Interview and proper coordination with internal clients
• Coordinate/ meet with clients, counterpart and government agencies.
• Work with Legal Heads and Top Management on negotiation strategies
• Act as spokesperson for the company during crisis management
• Conduct briefings or trainings related to dispute prevention/ resolution.
7. Handle/Manage litigation matters:
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents
• Attend hearings and conferences
• Coordinate/meet with internal clients and counterparts
• Provide advice to the client
8. Handle/Manage legal administration:
• Monitor and provide regular updates on cases handled by External Counsel
• Assist Litigation Head in administrative/ office work and matter supervise and coach paralegals
• Disseminate tasks to subordinates
• Craft memos for the administrative requirement of Legal
• Coordinate with other departments for the administrative needs of Legal
9. Prepare and present periodic reports for Management use related to rawland properties, permits and licenses, and cases.
10. Performs other tasks as required by Management.
