I. Preparation and Handling of Sales Contracts
• Review of buyers’ documents
• Preparation and sending out of contracts for buyer’s signature
• Follow up with clients for the return of released contracts
• Routing of signed contracts to authorized signatories
• Docketing of the said contracts and endorsement to third party service providers for processing
II. Archiving of relevant documents/contracts
• Scanning and uploading of documents from reservation documents up to title transfer in our Digital Imaging System (DIS)
III. Other duties and responsibilities

Knowledgeable in SAP, good communication skills (both oral and written)
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience in Real Estate – Sales Admin/ Documentation and Title is preferred
