Builds an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions, transportation options, and airports.
Maintains a positive and professional relationship with service partners and vendors
Supports the Property Management Office in efficiently operating the property by delivering timely communications to operations staff and residents.
Facilitates correspondence with residents.
Maintains inventory and stock supplies for concierge desk/area.

Good knowledge of all laws that govern building management and maintenance, as well as familiarity with the National Building Code and legislation that have an impact on building safety, emergency evacuation and environmental protection.

Substantial hands on experience in building management procedures and supervision of contractors.

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or related field
