Responsible for onboarding, managing, and running campaigns for external partners of the Loyalty Program. He/ She must be able to strategically engage various partners ensuring revenues for the program and continuous value to the members of the program as well as meeting the sales and brand objectives of the partner.
Partner Acquisition
• Spot partnership opportunities with potential external partners;
• Present and discuss opportunities, terms and marketing communication to partners;
• Negotiate commercial terms and marketing mileage;
• Execute necessary documents to onboard the partner;
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders to launch the partner in the program.
Partner Management
• Account management of several partners from various industries;
• Coordinate with internal departments including but not limited to Brand, Sales, Operations, IT, and Accounting to ensure proper management of handled accounts;
• Prepare, review, and provide monthly performance reports to partners.
Partner Engagement
• Periodically review the performance of the partner and recommend necessary data-driven campaigns;
• Recommend tactical campaigns to partners which may be driven by industry trends or customer insights;
• Source offers from partners to be included in the program’s lifecycle campaigns to ensure year-long engagement in the program.

• With strong negotiation, communication, presentation, project management, and analytical skills;
• Data savvy, strategic thinker and team player with a can-do attitude who can work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field;
• At least 5 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing with minimum 2 years handling external partnerships;
