1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field; CPA/MBA is an advantage.
With at least five (5) years of solid managerial experience in Finance or Treasury in the same capacity; Bank experience in the same capacity is an advantage
CASH FLOW REPORTS MANAGEMENT (Replacement of Rodson Cuasay / Michelle Oliva)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Management Reporting
a) Oversees the preparation of the following Cash Flow Reports:
i) Actual Cash Flow (ACF) with & without ORs - Daily, For the Month (FTM), For the Year (FTY)
ii) Total Available Cash (TAC) - Daily
iii) Projected Cash Flow (PCF): 6M Rolling, 5/10Y, Special Reports for SMIC/SMPH Retail Bond Issuance
iv) Senior Management Committee (Sr ManCom): Weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly, Annual
v) Other supporting schedules and analysis
b) Presents the above-mentioned reports to Department Head, Other DHs or Senior Mancom, if needed.
c) Collaborates and coordinates with concerned individuals/units/departments on the requirements for the preparation of Cash Flow Reports; Does follow-thru on their commitments;
d) Recommends ways to improves the cash flow;
e) Initiates and implements process, reports and system improvements e.g. automation of actual cash flow report preparation.
2) Financial Risk Management (FRM)
a) Ensures accuracy of the Cash Flow Reports being a tool in decision-making by capturing complete & correct collection, disbursement, investment, loans and, cash position reports;
b) Oversees the consolidation of the Department’s annual budget based on approved budget guidelines.
3) People Management (PM)
a) Ensures downlines meet their deliverables; observes proper work ethics;
b) Provides career growth for downlines through exposure, training, coaching, and empowerment
4) Record/ Document Management (DM)
a) Maintains back-up files of Cash Flow Reports;
b) Manages the unit’s daily, weekly, monthly and annual reportorial requirement.
5) Business Relationship Management (BRM)
• Creates & maintains a healthy and collaborative environment with internal customers.
6) Others
• Performs new projects or functions assigned by Loans & Liquidity Management Head or Treasury Head.
