The Document Controller / DC for Technical Due Diligence (TDD), in guidance and with coordination of the Engineering Design Manager is responsible of the following;
• Responsible in the management of all TDD works and all TDD related works.
• To fully coordinate with all inter-Departments of SMDC in relation to all TDD works and TDD related works.
• Preparation and management of all documentations and correspondences of all TDD works and all TDD related works.
• Responsible in archiving of all TDD related documents, reports, drawings and other related documents of all SMDC projects.
• Responsible in monitoring, updating and closing of all TDD works and all TDD related works from start to finish or completion of TDD studies, including the issuance of Certificate of Completion / COC to all engaged 3rd party consultants for TDD.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Preparation of letters and correspondences to all stake holders of SMDC, inter-Departments and all 3rd party consultants or specialists engaged by SMDC for all TDD works and any TDD related works.
2. Full coordination with the all 3rd party consultants or specialists engaged by SMDC for all TDD works and any TDD related works, SMDC inter-Departments and other stakeholders.
3. Preparation of Terms of Reference for any TDD works, other TDD related works such as other specialist works, power point slides presentation, etc.
4. Monitor all TDD works engagement, update the AVP-head of Engineering Design Management & Review / EDMR.
5. Reports directly to Design Managers and/or Asst. Design Managers assigned to lead the TDD team.
6. Reports regularly, at least once a week to the AVP-head of Engineering Design Management & Review / EDMR.
Board exam passer with a valid PRC license is preferable but not necessary

Must be a graduate of B.S. Engineering courses such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, ECE, Computer, etc., or a graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Business Management or Business Administration form a reputable university of colleges.
Preferably with at least three (3) years of extensive work experience as Document Controller / DC in any consultancy or construction firm, or any technical related companies plus with a total of at least five (5) years of work experience.
