1. Preparation of Docket documentation for CAR
2. Act as a Liaison Officer handling the CAR application filing and follow up with BIR offices nationwide
3. Assistance for the payment of taxes with different BIR authorized agent banks for property transfer and acquisitions.
4. Ensure scanning of documents for CAR applications via DMS.
5. Preparation of transmittal memorandum to the Bus on the newly issued CARs and encoding its details.
6. Participation in the system development, testing and implementation of the following modules of CAR Monitoring System:
- Details of Property Acquisition and Issued CARs
Computer literate, familiar with the use of e-BIR forms, dealing and transacting with government offices.
Preferably, Financial Management, Accounting or Financial Accounting graduate
With work experience in real estate firm
