At least 4 years of solid work experience in Treasury or Accounting in the same capacity handling cash flows.
FOR LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT
1. Treasury Operations (TO)
i. Supervises the gathering of data pertaining to peso debit and credit transactions of operating accounts from Treasury – Cash Operations- Receipting (TCOR) Section’s sub-units, investment and disbursement transactions within Treasury to facilitate the preparation of the Actual Cash Position Report of the SMDC Group.
ii. Handles the extraction of PHP and USD denominated transactions of the SMDC Groups’ disbursing accounts and identify each disbursement transactions account classification per expense account/per profit center.
iii. Manages the consolidation, validation and uploading to the macro template of all data gathered from different sources to be able to come up with one of the section’s reportorial requirement.
iv. Performs vertical and horizontal trending to draw accurate and informative analyses that are useful in the preparation of cash flow projection reports.
v. Initiates the implementation and migration of manual data to macro based data to streamline the process of data gathering and processing as well as the enhancement of existing templates for macro based data to facilitate the preparation of the SMDC Group’s actual cash flows.
2. Record/Document Management (DM)
i. Manages the updating of subsidiary ledgers of all existing PHP and USD bank accounts of the SMDC Group.
ii. Guarantees the organized and complete maintenance of all soft files/records of actual cash flows and its supporting schedules.
3. People Management (PM)
i. Attends coordination meetings on system automation, project actual cash flows and other concerns when there are meeting requestsand provides valuable inputs and feedback thereafter.
ii.
4. Business Relationship Management (BRM)
i. Maintains regular communication with depository banks pertaining to queries and concerns on transaction entries made to the deposit accounts.
5. Others
i. Handles the preparation of the section’s daily, weekly & monthly reportorial requirements (refer to Annex A).
ii. Performs special projects or functions assigned by the Liquidity Unit Head and Loans & Liquidity Management Head.
