A graduate of Business course preferably Accountancy, Banking and Finance.
1. At least 1 year work experience in retail/commercial banking operations, reputable property developer or real estate contractor with exposure to CTS and loan related transactions.
2. With intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications,; SAP exposure is an advantage.
1. Treasury Operations (TO)
i. Conducting initial review of qualified accounts for CTS via SAP
ii. Ensures the uploading of approved and disapproved accounts during the CTS financing review process, account re-validation and computation via SAP
iii. Preparation and monitoring of approvals of Request For Loan Availment (RFLA) thru Funds Management Portal (FMP)
iv. Ensures the routing of the CTS financing availment documents to authorized signatories and transmits the same to Legal Department for notarization once signed.
v. Reparation of Request for Check Payment (RFP) thru the Document Online Approval Form (DONA) for accounts due for settlement and monthly interest payment for outstanding CTS accounts, ensures that the RFPs are prepared within the given Turn-Around-Time (fifteen days prior maturity date of accounts)
vi. Ensures the timely request of Statement of Account (SOA) on matured, LTO, fully paid and cancelled accounts from the bank as well as the monthly reconciliation of CTS financing balances.
vii. Ensures that Official Receipts for all settled accounts are well coordinated with the Bank and submitted after posting date
Ensures the on-time submission of BIR Form No. 2307 i.e. Creditable Tax Withheld at Source to concerned lending bank.
2. Corporate Financial Management (CFM)
i. Ensures that there’s proper and timely coordination with Accounting Division and Project Development
Department on documents usually requested prior to renewal of CTS Financing Facility with creditor banks.
3. Records/Document Management (DM)
i. Ensures the complete and organized safekeeping of correspondences, transmittals, transaction documents or records both financial and non-financial nature.
ii. Ensures timely submission of Official Receipts to Disbursement for all settled accounts
4. Others
i. Ensures the accurate, timely and up- to-date preparation of monthly reportorial requirements of the section.
ii. Performs new projects or functions assigned by the unit head.
