Sellers Helpdesk Assistant In – charge of the over-all assistance needed by the Sellers and to coordinate with other department in processing the commission and documentation on time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receives Inquiries, Request and Complaints (IRCs) thru: a. walk-in b. phone c. emails
2. Validate/evaluate IRCs, endorse to concerned department if necessary
3. Reply to sellers w/in TAT on their IRCs
4. Provides information to the sellers related to their commission
Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), with good communication skills both Filipino and English
Education : Preferably Finance/Accountancy Graduate or any business related course.
Experience : With Real Estate Experience, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
