General Duties
• Assist in answering of incoming calls relative to buyers turnover concerns
• Accommodate request for call back.
• Responsible in calling the buyers in case of change in schedule, retraction or punchlist update.
• Accommodate request of buyers / sellers for schedule of turnover including prospective buyers.
• Elevates concerns raised by buyers to BT Help Desk Supervisor
• Other task as may be required from time to time
Professional License Eligibility
Skills
College Graduate
Preferably with experience in customer service or other related work
For BTG-Backroom (Head Office).
