General Duties
• Prepare units that are scheduled for Viewing and Acceptance.
• In charge of dealing with clients/ buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance
• Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers are qualified for turn-over prior to the buyers’ viewing & acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
• Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
• Coordinate & properly endorse unit buyers to Property Admin.
• Answers emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
• Monitor & ensure that the process of QTOP is undertaken properly.
• Other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Professional License Eligibility
Skills
Graduate of any Management or other related course
Preferably with experience in customer service or other related work
For BTG-Site Operations. Preferably resident or willing to be assigned to projects located in the North.
• To ensure that the scheduled buyers are accommodated for turn-over and ensures acceptance of the unit.
