- Must have extensive knowledge and demonstrated understanding of different organizational communication and public relations disciplines
- Knowledgeable in copywriting and editing
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office, photo and video-editing skills are optional
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Must be a college graduate preferably with a degree in Mass Communication, Organizational Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or related courses
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years as a Corporate Communication Specialist
- Experience in copywriting and editing
- Develop effective corporate communication strategies to support content creation for the various projects of the Company
- Draft content for internal & external releases and the Company’s website
- Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, announcement etc.) to ensure that employees are well-informed on developments on the Company’s different programs
- Organize initiatives and plan events or public announcements to promote the Company's programs
- Liaise and build a strong relationship with internal audience
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to produce materials and advertisements as needed
- Assist in the communication of strategies and messages from senior management
