• Manage, support and monitor network operations for Head Office, Data Centers and Branches/Affiliates

• Process service requests related to network devices (switch, firewall, router, VPN, etc.)
• Manages Head Office and Branches LAN (wired and WiFi) and WAN
• Operations of IP-PBX and its features
• Ensures high availability of network
• Ensures updated firmware of network devices
