DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Shall provide financial reports needed for the setup of a Branch – from feasibility throughout the incorporation and construction.
2. Shall prepare, monitor and manage utilization of budgets.
3. Shall monitor timely processing of financial obligations.
4. Shall review and monitor timely compliance of Tax and Accounting requirements of the International Offices.
5. Shall manage HR-related functions for International Offices such as but not limited to:
• Reviewing and monitoring of employee attendance;
• Reviewing of the monthly payroll computation;
• Reviewing and monitoring of payroll tax compliance.
6. Shall manage Treasury-related functions such as but not limited to:
• Assistance in bank account opening of International Office to be setup
• Review and control of Petty Cash Funds
• Receiving and liquidation of checque payments to Suppliers/Service Providers
7. Shall manage Admin-related functions such as but not limited to:
• Review and approval of Supplies Requests
• Monitoring of business travel transactions
8. Shall ensure dissemination to concerned persons and implementation of a new or updated policies, procedures or regulations related to Branch Operations’ functions.
9. Shall manage, train, and supervise the Branch Operations Unit Assistant.
10. Shall perform other functions as may, from time to time, be assigned by the company.

Preferably with CPA license or NC III (Bookkeeping) passer
With in-depth understanding on Financial Management
Good in oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Maintains confidentiality
MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good Interpersonal Skills
Can cope with a high-pressure environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related degree
With at least 2yrs related work experience
In-charge of the execution of processes for financial management and compliance of International and Local Offices, Showrooms and Technical Offices under Branch Development and Operations Dept..
