- prepares report for executive committee, family board and other needed management reports
- assists in the annual planning process in collaboration with organization planners. this includes
- project analysis for al launched and pipeline projects
- inventory management
- budget preparation
- landbank analysis
- consolidates and validates goals and initiative, metrics and targets to ensure complete and accurate alignment to strategic objectives and overarching KPIs.
- maintains database of each departments programs and plans
- conducts research or innovations in strengthening corporate planning and research and development systems
- performs general clerical functions relating to corporate planning
- participates in project-related analysis, such as:
- preparation of initial financial runs to be used as basis for acquisition
- monitoring of construction progress and achievement if time, quality and cost targets
- monitoring of project financials to ensure achievement of committed profit margine
- monitoring of sales and marketing strategies and sales targets
- recommends courses of action in case of deviations in all aspects
- focus on creating choices that influence revenue
- where-to-play (which buyers to target)
- how-to-win (how to create a compelling value proposition for those customers)
- clearly documents the logic to help explain why a particular strategy is not producing the desired outcome
- the assumptions about customers, industry, technology, competition, internal capabilities and others that dorve the decisions should be documented and then later compared to real events

Provides strategic and operational support in the development and implementation of the Corporate Planning framework, and monitoring compliance. This position supports in the preparation of reports on corporate performance based ion the identified corporate objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Captures "soft" insights from actual results and observations as well as "hard" data from market research and then synthesizing it into a vision of the direction that the company should pursue.
