• Management, configuration and maintenance of network devices (switch, router, WiFi, firewall, VPN) for both hardware and firmware
• Process and resolve network issues and service requests
• Provide 2nd level network support to users and other tech support groups
• Manage tickets, resolve and troubleshoot network-related concerns within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Create reports on network inventory, network performance, incident report/root cause analysis, phone directory

a. Daily network operations and support to SMPHI, SCMC, SMLEI, SMDC, SMIC and other SM business units and customers or 3rd party partners/affiliates.
b. Network planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, design, resolution of trouble tickets, change request, maintenance, configuration and administration of network switches, routers, firewall / security devices, Solarwinds, IP-CCTV, IP-Telephony, WiFi
c. Ensure on-line, high availability of network (Head Office, Corporate Offices, Malls)
d. Remote and on-site network troubleshooting and administration.
e. Resolution of network-related issues/trouble tickets.
f. Coordination with suppliers for tech update, training, POC and support.
g. Implementation of new network, tech refresh, back-up/restoration of network configuration, reports / documentation / network inventory
CCNA Certification
IT, Network Administration
Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, BS Computer Engineering or any IT-related course
at least 6 months experience in LAN/WAN, network devices administration, configuration, IP Routing, VLAN
