To manage Short-term Leasing Operations and achieve revenue targets in properties handled by Prime Key.

1. Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university.
Graduate of Marketing or Business Management course is an advantage. Must be able to understand and
present financial statements.
Preferably with at least 5 years of hotel experience as a Supervisor or Asst. Manager with exposure to Marketing, Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIME KEY MANAGER
1. Ensures achievement of topline revenue targets for Prime Key short-term operations.
2. Monitors OPEX to ensure efficient operations and compliance of budget.
3. Oversees management of all sites under Prime Key short-term leasing.
4. Monitors and manages direct reports.
5. Motivates and pushes front line staff to get unit owner enrollments.
6. Monitors room availability and occupancy.
7. Achieves optimum occupancy levels by effectively managing the daily room rates based on demand.
8. Liaises with Marketing of Leasing on the different promos and marketing activities to boost demand.
9. Answers and acts on complaints, concerns and issues escalated to her level.
10. Checks and monitors that housekeeping standards are strictly followed.
11. Ensures Front Desk operational standards are adhered and implemented.
12. Ensures implementation of strict controls for linen, amenities, cleaning and office supplies/ inventory.
13. Ensures transparent and efficient reporting to Head Office, Accounting and Treasury.
14. Promotes Leasing and Tenancy services to owners who want to explore long term leasing.
15. Ensures Front Desk personnel acts on leads given by Head Office through inquiries received on line or through phone and email.
16. Regularly makes site visits to check on rooms enrolled to Prime Key as well as Front Desk and Housekeeping personnel.
17. Makes timely, fair and informed decisions on concerns and complaints raised to her.
18. Attends head office meetings representing Prime Key.
19. Prepares reports as needed.
20. Thinks of innovative ways and services to increase revenue.
21. Requests for marketing collaterals needed to push services in the sites.
22. Pushes for online presence of listings to increase occupancy.
23. Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone by promoting inclusivity and camaraderie.
24. Participates in all company and PMD - initiated activities.
