Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and objectives, and key stakeholders in the implementation of strategies for SMDC residential projects
1. Work with internal and external partners to formulate brand essence, positioning and differentiated value proposition in order to gain competitive advantage
2. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans for SMDC residential projects, to deliver short-term and long term-business objectives (sales, market share and brand health)
3. Lead the conceptualization and development of SMDC residential projects
4. Manage consistency of brand identity by ensuring that all marketing and communication efforts are aligned with the brand strategy
5. Implement tools for the regular tracking, review and reporting of performance of the team in delivering KPIs and targets
6. Consistently monitor, analyze and evaluate brand health and performance versus competition of SMDC residential projects
7. Translate and utilize research findings and consumer insights to develop winning brand strategies

? Strong leadership ability as demonstrated through previous formal or informal positions of leading and or managing teams
? Excellence in analysis and problem-solving
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Exceptional communication skills, and fluency in both English and Filipino
? Graduate of any Communication / Marketing / Business Management course from any of the top universities in the Philippines. MBA or equivalent a plus
? 4-6 years of Marketing Communications, Brand Management or Business Development experience in the Real Estate, FMCG or Telco industry
