Professional License Eligibility
1. Must be focused, driven, motivated, open-minded, competitive, resourceful, and a team player.

Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university. Graduate of Marketing or Business Management course is an advantage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Checks and reports through email status of units/rooms twice a day, upon her time-in and time-out.
2. Checks arrival and departure reports of guests.
3. Coordinates with HK Supervisor or Room Attendant/s regarding status and availability of rooms/units.
4. Properly receives guests, whether walk-in or with reservation.
5. Endorses guests to the PMO by processing authorization letter and IDs for move-in process of PMO.
6. Collects correct payment and security deposit from guests and issues OR and AR respectively.
7. Makes a deposit slip for the rental payment and has the messenger deposit the payment. Messenger and Leasing Assistant – Front Desk must sign the logbook for proper transmittal.
8. Deposit slip is reported together with the OR in the daily sales report. For submission and proper review by the Prime Key Admin Assistant and Prime Key Supervisor.
9. Makes consolidation of month-end reports for the Prime Key Admin Assistant to use as basis for rental revenue report.
10. Answers inquiries of Unit Owners regarding enrollment and must be able to facilitate follow through.
11. Must get complete requirements for enrollment like IDs, Service Agreement, Proof of Ownership and payment.
12. Must be able to coordinate and liaise with Head Office for any inquiries.
13. Understands the services offered by Leasing and Tenancy so she can discuss with Unit Owners who want to do long-term leasing. Forwards the contact details of the Owner to Leasing Coordinators for follow through.
14. Escalates or elevates concerns to her immediate superior as soon as it happens.
15. Reports irregularities onsite to the Senior Manager for PMD- Leasing.
16. Coordinates unit concerns raised by owners and guests.
17. Sends Owners the Meralco, water, association dues and internet bill and reminds them of payment due to avoid disconnection.
18. Ensures unit check-out inspection by Room Attendants and the return of RFID and keys as well as the refund of security deposit to guests.
19. Acts on leads given by Head Office received on line or through phone and email.
20. Attends head office meetings when required.
21. Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone in the Leasing, Tenancy and Prime Key department.
22. Participates in all company and Leasing group-initiated activities.
