Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university. Graduate of Marketing or Business Management course is an advantage

3. Must have a positive work attitude.
4. With average oral and written communication skills.
5. With good presentation and facilitation skills; Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Education
Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to leasing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answers phone, e-mail and walk-in inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Elevates to the superior concerned complaints received.
3. Processes and submits Service Agreements to Lease Admin Department.
4. Updates Masterfile and consolidates key inventory every month.
5. Processes Billing Advice correctly and completely and submits to Lease Admin Department.
6. Promotes Tenancy and Prime Key services to Unit Owners enrolling to Leasing.
7. Coordinates with Property Management Assistants – Leasing on inquiries and complaints received through phone and email.
8. Requests and monitors office supplies and ensures compliance to budget.
9. Coordinates and meets monthly with Lease Admin Department on the collection efficiency and identification of float accounts.
10. Cascades HR and company-disseminated information to Property Management Assistants – Leasing.
11. Does minutes for Leasing meetings.
12. Participates in all company and Leasing group-initiated activities.
