Plans and implements collection strategies in order to achieve group goals and targets.
(1) Sets clear and realistic goals by implementing plan of actions that would ensure KPIs are achieved.
(2) Analyzes collection reports.
(3) Provides assistance, resolution and/or recommendation of complex issues / requests of both external and
internal customers.
(4) Evaluates the output of the team periodically. Conducts training and coaching sessions to enhance productivity.
(5) Ensures that the team uses efficient work methods and tools as provided by Company Guidelines. Assesses
effectiveness of existing billing and collection policies and processes.
(6) Performs other Billing and Collection related tasks
