• Member retention targets – shared KPIs
• Member engagement specific to BU and Affiliates assigned
• Data monetization targets for up-sell and cross-sell leveraging SMAC data, digital assets and other marketing and brand assets
• It is this person’s role to acquire support from the BUs for SMAC in form of member benefits, privileges and ensure SMAC branding guidelines are always met
• It is also this person’s role to develop plans to achieve incremental revenue for the BU and Affiliate assigned leveraging the program benefits, features, functionalities and member base profiles
• It is also this person’s responsibility to drive data driven marketing solutions ensuring relevant offers, communications and experience is delivered to the members while achieving BU objectives
• It is also this person’s responsibility to keep the BU or Affiliate assigned and vice versa SMAC are all well informed of any relevant updates that can help shape the marketing solution process
• As representative of DAC to the BU and Affiliates this person is expected to protect the reputation of DAC and the BUS and Affiliates assigned.
