4. Meets with & reports to C&B Manager on employee records and management

6. Supports other HR team members on necessary reports
Responsible for the effective management and maintenance of employee records and movements (from Hiring to Separation) by utilizing a computerized employee information system. Implements and maintains the HR Information Management System by ensuring that data encoded is accurate and complete, thorough understanding of the system, its capabilities and limitations, and ease in generating data for HR reports through the existing HR Sytems (iHRIS and MS AX). Establishes and maintains an efficient records management system, safekeeps 201 file/folders and periodically updates all records including masterlist, reports, etc. to document changes in employee records. In charge of reporting Employee Movements (New Hire, Regularization, Separation etc) in Payroll Instruction report every cut off.
Bachelor’s Degree in any related Behavioral Sciences/Psychology field or Human Resources Management or its equivalent
2-3 years of experience in HR on any related field; with working knowledge and experience in handling statistics and reports
