Attend to email queries, concerns and complaints of the unit owners, tenants, and unit representatives by acknowledging the email then forwarding it to concerned PMO personnel (AAs, Accounting, PE, PM)
Answer phone calls then forward to concerned PMO personnel.
Acknowledge emails regarding online payments made then print for transmittal to Accounting dept.
Send billing reminders/ follow up to delinquent unit owners via sms, call, email and other online platform
Assist Admin Assistants, Billing and Collection staff during due dates
Assist in RFID application, processing, & printing for residents if needed
Special projects/tasks related to your position.

Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Work Location: Grass Residences
College Degree (preferably in Business Administration/ Hospitality Management or any related course)
Minimum of one year related experience and/ or training
Preferably with customer handling or frontline exposure
Entertain client concern and inquiries
Communicate unit concerns and inquiries to the appropriate staff/ department
