1. Reviews and processes sellers’ complaints
2. Prepares and issues case documents such as:
a) Notice To Explain
b) Case Summary
c) Case Findings
d) Notice of Sanction
3. In-charge of the investigation
a) Coordinates with other departments for relevant information such as: Account Status, Commission Status, Booking Documents etc.
b) Communicates with the affected Seller and/or Sales Team
c) Gathers documents from parties involved
4. Monitors progress of the complaints
5. Maintains and updates the database
6. Organizes case-related documents and maintains case folders
7. Prepares status reports
8. With opportunities to review case documents handled by the other team members
1. Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player
2. Can work under pressure
3. Must have a positive work attitude
4. Proficient in oral and written communication skills
5. Candidates from other industries are welcome
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university
1. Extensive background in Paralegal or HR Labor Relations
2. With at least 5 years of work experience as a Supervisor or 2 years as an Asst. Manager
