• Performs monitoring of network links and servers.
• Troubleshooting and fixing network errors.
• Administration and Monitoring of file transfers.
• Monitor system performance (OS and Applications) availability and performance.
• Monitoring of Network WAN/LAN, Equipment, Servers, Apps and DB's using SM In-House Tool, Solarwinds and Zenoss.
• Coordinates with Telco (Globe / PLDT, Radius, Converge), support groups and users in the escalation of issues for resolution.
• Logging and issuance of Incident / Service Request ticket.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, Weekends and Holidays.
• Coordinate modifications to the system when needed and troubleshoot database platform and related application.
CCNA and HDCA certified is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Knowledgeable in Managed File Transfer.
• Knowledgeable in WAN/LAN designs and implementations, network and security management.
• Knowledgeable in LINUX, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting.
• With strong analytical and good problem solving skills
• Good prioritization skill and flexible enough to adapt plans
• Hardworking, trustworthy and reliable; can work longer hours.
Bachelor's/College Degree specifically in the areas of Information Technology.
• With experience and understanding in Computer Operations and Network Concepts.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT field
• With experience in an enterprise monitoring role
