• Continuously improve the organization’s digital transformation strategy by keeping abreast on the best practices, industry standards and technology trends aligned to its goals.
• Build business cases on the adaptation of new processes, programs or tools after thorough evaluation in terms of applicability, scalability and cost.
• Liaise and partner with technology solution providers and service experts to help address business challenges.
• Ensure user’s adaptability to the new technology and its optimal use as a means to improve efficiency through post implementation assessment.
• Manage compliance requirements, both internal and external, in coordination with the Business Process Management.
