Prepares & coordinates schedules of various repairs and maintenance activities of all SMDC booths and showrooms.
Prepares terms of reference for the various repairs and maintenance of service providers/contractors of SMDC booths and showrooms.
Conducts regular inspection at SMDC booths and showrooms.
Reports directly to showrooms and booths Operation Supervisor/Officer.
Knowledgeable in Autocadd plan preparation is an advantage.
Must be a Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)
BS Electrical Engineering Graduate OR
(Licensed Electrical Engineer)
BS Mechanical Engineering Graduate
(Licensed Mechanical Engineer) OR
BS Civil Engineering Graduate
(Licensed Civil Engineer)
Preferably with at least 1 year in Showroom, Office and Booth maintenance and operations.
Helps monitor a sound operation of all SMDC booths and showrooms thru on-time maintenance schedules of all facilities including cleanliness, security, and equipment preventive maintenance troubleshooting and various repair activities.
