1. Ensures delivery of collateral documents in compliance within the Deed of Undertaking.
2. Ensures that all bank-financed accounts are properly requested for extension prior to expiration of the Deed of Undertaking (DOU).
3. Monitoring of the statuses of all bank financed accounts from LTO up to delivery.
4. Conducts power point presentations with banks on a quarterly basis and discuss various agendas.
5. Oversees and supervises the schedule and releasing of CCT and TD UBN.
6. Coordinates with City Treasurer’s Office and SMIC Taxes relative to RPT remittance.
7. Reports to the SAVP regularly on the status/movement of the accounts.
8. Able to handle irate/difficult clients (Effective communicator).
9. Reviews/evaluates processes and recommends improvement.

1. Must be knowledgeable with sales documents (i.e. DOAS, CTS, COFP), and titling documents (i.e. CCT UDN/UBN, TD UBN, CAR).
2. Familiarity with SAP, TINA and MS Office application.

Graduate of 4-year course preferably Management.
Preferably with 1 or 2 years of extensive experience in a real estate company in the Sales Administration department.
1. Collaborates with bank executives/representatives regarding bank collateral compliance/deliveries.
2. Ensures timeliness of Notice of Title Availability (NTA) sending.
3. Ensures accurate and timely schedule and release of the Original Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) and Tax Declaration (TD) under Buyer's name (UBN).
4. Collaborates with Registration-SP Team for the timely release of bank collateral documents.
5. Reports to the SAVP regularly on the status/movement of the accounts.
