1. Assist in the initial Vendor Screening Process.
2. Endorse pre-qualified vendors for accreditation.
3. Attend to various accreditation concerns of vendors / endorsing groups (pending submittals/deficiencies).
4. Update and maintain vendor information and other pertinent documents needed in the evaluation of contractors for shortlisting.
5. Perform various administrative and document management tasks within the group.
6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Organize Initial Vendor Screening Schedules (face-to-face or online presentation/meetings)
• Make regular coordination to potential vendors on document and presentation requirements
• Prepare needed presentation and interview materials
• Logs minutes of the meeting
2. Endorse pre-qualified vendors for accreditation.
• Make IOM Endorsement of vendors and route for approval
• Ensure accreditation requirements are complete
• Enroll vendors for online accreditation
3. Perform various administrative and document management tasks within the group.
• Receive and log incoming and outgoing documents and files
• Maintain proper filing system, scanning and updating of documents
* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
* With good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
*Organized, hardworking, team oriented, and can work under minimum supervision.
Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year Business-related course
* With 1 to 2 years work experience related to Administrative and Document Management. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
* Work experience in Real Estate Company is an advantage.
The Procurement Assistant is responsible in ensuring efficient vendor administration by providing assistance in handling and organizing various administrative and document management concerns of the Procurement Vendor Management Group.
