In-charge of KYC validation of booking details submitted by buyer in compliance of the AMLA policies

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Adherence to the company’s core values, code of ethics and operational policies
2. Shall ensure accuracy of buyer details by conducting thorough Know Your Client (KYC)
3. Creation of ticket for updates of buyer’s information
4. Acknowledgement of buyer’s e-mail within 24 hours of receipt
5. Coordinate with other departments as necessary
6. Perform other functions as needed by the Company

1. Must be a graduate of any four-year business-related course
2. Preferably with at least 1-year experience in a client servicing or related field
3. Preferably with experience working as a KYC analyst
4. Must be focused, driven, team player
5. Must be highly analytical & detail-oriented
6. Can work under pressure
7. With excellent oral and written communication skills

Graduate of any 4year course in any field (Business, Communication or Marketing).

At least 1year experience in Real Estate/Customer Service.
