• Assist in management, coordination, site visits, punchlisting and monitoring of Showrooms and scale models
SHOWROOM
• Assist in Managing/Coordinating for the Design, construction and operation of existing and new showrooms
• Assist in Preparation of design and maintenance manual for guidance of designers and maintenance team
• Coordinating with Project Team, Designers and Admin for the overall design and maintenance of Showrooms
• Periodic Visit and Punchlisting during construction and operation of the Showrooms, ensuring the excellent quality is being maintained at all times
SCALE MODEL
• Manage and Coordinate for the production and maintenance of scale model requirements of all projects
• Ensure timely delivery and installations of the scale models
• Coordinate with respective consultants and Project Team for the needed documents to create the scale model
• Periodic visit and checking of the on-going production and installed scale models to ensure excellent quality at all times.
• Source for scale model makers and process the required payables.
