To perform administrative duties, report consolidation, after sales service, sellers concerns and
coordinate requests to other departments.
To be assigned as Telemarking Assistant
To schedule sellers for live chat manning (24/7). Manning is based on every other week schedule
To monitor all sales inquiries from CRISP app system (live chat and web email)
To answer calls (sales and non-sales) from UAD (Unified Agent Desktop)
If Non-sales, to be endorsed to concerned department
If Sales inquiries, to assist in giving sales related information before endorsement to DST sellers (queueing system)
To retrieve all sales inquiries (live chat, web email and calls) for the generation of report
To send the generated reports to SD, Marketing, and superiors at the end of weekly manning
To consolidate feedback from assigned sellers.
To monitor the status of submitted sales of assigned sellers
To assist assigned sellers regarding sales related inquiries
To perform other related functions.
• Must be good in written, speech and well versed in English communication.

Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
With at least 1 year working experience. Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
