serves as the strategic content developer for internal and external audiences to raise awareness, advocate for behavioral change and promote sustainability in brand value for SM. Reporting to the VP for Sustainability, the person identifies material topics and finds relevant angles to various audiences and coordinates with Communications Services for production and Corporate Communications for PR and campaigns for traditional, digital and events.
External: Develops Content, Story Angles and Creative ways to communicate sustainability to external audiences
Internal: Creates Information and Education Campaign ideas, campaign narratives that will connect to internal stakeholders to improve employee awareness on sustainability
Provide Peg Ideas, Creative Trends and Sustainability Material Topics / Story Angles
Coordinates with Sustainability BU Heads to help market their sustainability practices – for their BUs in communicating angles for their sustainability campaigns
Helps increase digital presence – for SM Sustainability narrative and campaigns – increase engagement

Bachelor’s degree holder majoring in Development Communications, Social Sciences, Sustainable Development, Digital Communications
3-5 Years of work experience in marketing communications, development communications, NGO campaigns
