Measure process change performance through validating actual output of the process. Updating assumed values in Process Improvement Analysis (PIA) and Workload Analysis Report (WAR) with actual values to see if assumed savings/efficiencies are met.
Gather feedback from customers/operations on deployed initiative to address pain points, noise, feedback, concerns to refine deployed initiatives.
Identify further process improvement and risks in deployed initiatives to further refine initiative.
